Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Kvorum is an AI-powered multi-agent advisory platform. The service provides AI advisors that participate in meetings, debate strategy, and produce recommendations based on information you provide.

2. Account and Access

By creating a Kvorum account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Kvorum offers monthly and annual subscription plans.
• Each plan includes a set number of meeting credits per billing period.
• Your first 10 meetings are free. No credit card is required for the trial.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing period.
• Billing is handled by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. All payments are subject to Paddle's terms.

4. Meeting Credits

• Starter: 20 meetings/month, 5 AI advisors
• Pro: 50 meetings/month, 11 AI advisors
• Enterprise: 150 meetings/month, unlimited AI advisors

Unused meeting credits do not roll over to the next billing period.

5. AI Advice Disclaimer

Kvorum's AI advisors provide recommendations based on the information you provide and general domain knowledge. AI-generated advice is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or other expert counsel. Kvorum makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for all business decisions made based on Kvorum's output.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all documents, data, and content you upload to Kvorum. By uploading content, you grant Kvorum a limited license to process this content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Kvorum to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or fraudulent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models.
• Share account access with unauthorized users.
• Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated or abusive means.

8. Service Availability

Kvorum aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kvorum's total liability for any claims arising from the use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Kvorum is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will end and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
