1. What We Collect
When you use Kvorum, we collect the following information:
- Account information: your name, email address, and company name.
- Company documents: files you upload for your AI advisors to reference (pitch decks, financials, roadmaps, etc.).
- Meeting transcripts: the full content of your AI advisory meetings, including your questions and all advisor responses.
- Meeting summaries: decisions, action items, and summaries generated from your meetings.
- Usage data: meeting counts, feature usage, and session metadata.
- Payment information: processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. We do not store credit card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data exclusively to:
- Power your AI advisory board — your documents and meeting history provide context for relevant, specific advice.
- Maintain persistent agent memory — so your advisors remember previous meetings and decisions.
- Generate meeting summaries, action items, and exports.
- Manage your account, subscription, and meeting credits.
- Improve the service based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns.
3. What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or company documents with third parties.
- We do not use your uploaded documents or meeting content to train AI models.
- We do not share your data with other Kvorum tenants. Each tenant's data is fully isolated.
4. Third-Party Services
Kvorum uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Anthropic (Claude AI): processes your meeting conversations. Your data is sent to Anthropic's API to generate advisor responses. Anthropic does not use API data to train models.
- Paddle.com: handles subscription billing and payment processing.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): hosts our servers and stores your data.
- PostHog (EU cloud): product analytics and usage tracking. Privacy policy

- Resend: transactional email delivery (magic links, welcome emails, meeting summaries). Privacy policy
- ImprovMX: email forwarding for inbound mail to hello@, support@, billing@ addresses. Privacy policy
5. Data Storage and Security
- Your data is stored on AWS servers in the EU region.
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+).
- Tenant data is isolated at the directory and database level — no cross-tenant access is possible.
- Access to production servers is restricted to key-based SSH authentication.
6. Data Retention
- Your data is retained for as long as your account is active.
- After account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
- You may request earlier deletion at any time.
7. Your Rights (GDPR-Aligned)
You have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of all data we hold about you.
- Correction: request correction of inaccurate data.
- Deletion: request deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Export: download your meeting transcripts, summaries, and documents at any time via the in-app export features.
- Restriction: request that we limit processing of your data.

8. Cookies
Kvorum uses essential session cookies required for authentication. We also use PostHog and Google Analytics (GA4) for product analytics — these services may set cookies to measure usage patterns and improve the service. You can opt out by using browser privacy settings or an ad blocker. We do not use advertising or targeting cookies.
9. Children
Kvorum is a business tool and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
