We want you to be confident in your decision to use Kvorum. That's why every account starts with 10 free meetings — no credit card required. You can fully evaluate the platform before spending a single dollar.

1. Free Trial

Every Kvorum account starts with 10 free meetings. No credit card is required. If Kvorum isn't right for you, simply stop using it — there's nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.

2. Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise) are billed at the beginning of each monthly billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You will retain access to Kvorum until the end of the period you've already paid for.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a monthly billing period.

3. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are billed once per year at a 20% discount compared to monthly billing.

14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with Kvorum, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your annual purchase date.
After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual period.

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Alternatively, contact billing@kvorum.ai and we'll process the cancellation for you.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an annual plan (within the 14-day window), email billing@kvorum.ai with your account email and the word "Refund" in the subject line. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

6. Billing Provider

All payments are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. Refunds will appear on your statement as a credit from Paddle. If you have questions about a charge, you may also contact Paddle directly.
