Here is exactly how Kvorum stores, protects, and isolates your business information.
Every Kvorum account is a separate, isolated environment. Your documents, meeting transcripts, agent memory, and knowledge base are stored in a dedicated namespace tied only to your account.
No Kvorum employee, no other customer, and no agent from another account can access your data. The isolation is enforced at the database level. It is not a permission setting that can be misconfigured.
When you upload a document, Kvorum processes it immediately and discards the original. What we retain is the extracted knowledge: the text your advisors need to answer your questions, stored privately in your account's knowledge base.
Your pitch deck, your P&L, your brand guide: the files themselves are gone within seconds of upload. Your information lives on as knowledge, not as a file someone could steal.
Supported formats: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV, plain text. Maximum file size: 25MB. Maximum files: 10 per account.
When you upload a document, Kvorum extracts the text and stores it in a private knowledge base linked only to your account. Your advisors search this knowledge base when answering your questions.
You can delete any document at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent, from the knowledge base and from agent memory.
